ICK from Modesto, CA

Ick is a two piece band that emerged from the bowels of the Central Valley in Modesto, California. The band features the feral trans-femme vocalist/guitarist Jackie Westcott and ferocious drumming of Eli Allsup. They specialize in vicious, loud, soulful and immensely heavy punk music, alternating between blurs of hardcore, giant sludge-laden riffs, and clean, bouncy rhythms with the likes of no one else.

They have been touring incessantly - just returning from a 30 day, 30 show tour of the Deep South, delivering queer noise all the way to Florida and back, hot off the release of their 5 song EP Sunshine Blind featuring songs such as the thrashing ACAB anthem “I Smell Pigs” the infectious hyper-hardcore of “Useless” crushing sludge nastiness of “Ball of Guts” and more! Unpredictable, eccentric, and overall unapologetic, you never know what’s going to come next when Ick takes the stage.
